Terms & Conditions:​
1. This event is open to Columbia Asia Hospital – Cheras’s CKC members only. ​
2. This event is open to children aged between 4 and 10 years old who are born from January to June only. ​
3. The registration is limited to one (1) child per family (inclusive of entrance and lunch).​
4. Each registered child is needed to be accompanied by one adult only (mother/ father/ guardian) due to space constraints.​
5. Final confirmation email will be sent closer to the date.​
6. Columbia Asia Hospital – Cheras reserves the right to reject or accept any person to properly accommodate the sitting arrangement without prior notice.​
