Terms & Conditions:
• This offer is applicable at Columbia Asia Group of Hospitals, except Columbia Asia Extended Care Hospital – Shah Alam.
• Please call the hospital/WhatsApp at +6012-603 6107 for an appointment at least three (3) days in advance.
• The discount applies only to the vaccine price.
• This discount is only applicable for vaccination done as Outpatient.
• The discount will not be applicable should the customer fail to inform the hospital staff during registration. Bill adjustments will not be allowed after registration.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions/packages being offered in the same period by the hospital (e.g. AIA Childcare Benefit etc).
• This offer is only applicable for Self-pay bills. For patients using a Guarantee Letter, the standard corporate rate applies.

Terms & Conditions:

• The discount for postnatal consultations is valid for 3 months from the delivery date or December 31, 2025 (whichever comes first).

• The discount for the selected benefit will not apply if you fail to inform the hospital staff during registration. Bill adjustments will not be allowed after registration.

- Please inform the hospital staff that you would like to use the “AIA member” benefit upon payment and present your AIA+ app or physical medical card for verification. Bill adjustments will not be allowed after payment is made.
10% discount on selected Health Screening Packages
- Please check with the hospital staff to find out which packages are eligible for the discount.
- The discount for the selected benefit will not apply if you fail to inform the hospital staff during registration. Bill adjustments will not be allowed after registration.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions/packages being offered in the same period by the hospital.
How It Works:
Log in and open your AIA+ app main dashboard screen.
For children below 18 years of age who do not have the AIA+ app, either parent will need to show their AIA+ app dashboard as proof of membership. For AIA policyholders who do not have the AIA+ app, please present your physical medical card.
During registration, you will need to inform the hospital staff which benefit you would like to activate and show the hospital staff your AIA+ app dashboard displaying member’s name.
The discount for the selected benefit will not apply if you fail to inform the hospital staff during registration. Bill adjustments will not be allowed after registration.The discount will be applied to your bill accordingly (strictly for Self-pay bills only).
