Antenatal Exercise

Our session includes:

First Trimester:

  • Low impact and moderate intensity exercises which can lead to light sweating and slightly increase the heart rate.

Second Trimester:

  • Regular, moderate intensity exercise.

Third Trimester:

  • Exercise specifically for birth.
  • Focus on core and glute strength.

Baby Package B

Our package includes:

  • 1 Dose of MMR
    (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
  • 1 Dose of Proquad
    (Measles, Mumps, Rubella,
    Chicken Pox)
  • 1 Dose of Chicken Pox

Optional Add On:

  • Ultrasound Kidney & Bladder  (RM125)
  • Ultrasound Abdomen & Pelvis  (RM235)
